Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected depends on your payment provider’s policies.
